The Irish Best Practise Forum is a consortium of agencies North and South of the Island consisting of Enterprise Ireland, Invest Northern Ireland, Shannon Development Agency, Udaras na Gaeltachta, Forfas, FÁS and facilitated by InterTradeIreland.
These agencies meet to discuss Best Practice and to develop an agreed set of performance benchmarks.
Objectives of the Forum
- To conduct benchmarking/best practice studies North/South of the island on company performance.
- To create a co-operative environment where full understanding of the performance and enablers of "Best in Class" business processes can be obtained and shared at reasonable cost.
- To use the efficiency of the consortium to obtain process performance data and related best practices.
- To promote & disseminate benchmarking methods for all organisations especially to SME's.
